Bucher Vineyard began with a simple conviction: that the best bread comes from patience, quality ingredients, and a deep respect for the land. Nestled along Westside Road in Healdsburg, our bakery draws on the rich agricultural heritage of the region.

Every morning, our bakers arrive before dawn to start the process — mixing, folding, fermenting, and baking. The result is bread with genuine character: a crackling crust, an open crumb, and a flavor that tells the story of its making.
